Bridge Replacement - Bridge replacement of an existing four span steel beam bridge with timber deck support on concrete abutments with concrete piers. Proposed structure was a single span prestressed composite boxbeam bridge on concrete abutments on drilled pipe piles. McCarty Associates was responsible for preparing a structure type study that included a full HEC-RAS analysis of the stream crossing and all plan production efforts which included structure and roadway design, as well as a temporary run-around for maintenance of traffic.
