Our Employee Benefits
Insurance
McCarty Associates, LLC provides a comprehensive benefits program that includes Life Insurance, Voluntary Life, and Medical coverage. In addition, both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance are offered at no cost to employees.
Retirement Plans
Full-time employees may participate in our Retirement Program through a SIMPLE IRA account. The employee can contribute via weekly payroll deduction and the company will also match up to 3% of the employees gross pay.
Supplemental Insurances
Dental and Vision Insurance are both offered to full-time employees at no cost to the employee.
Time Off
Employees are eligible for paid holidays, including New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and one Floating Holiday. Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual begins after the successful completion of the employee’s probationary period. PTO is granted annually and accrued weekly for full-time employees at the following rates: 128 hours per year for years 1–9 of service, 168 hours per year for years 10–20 of service, and 208 hours per year for 20+ years of service.
