McCarty Associates, LLC extends heartfelt congratulations to David W. Sibole on his 40th anniversary with the company. As a computer-assisted drafter, Dave has been an integral part of the Surveying and Engineering Department, contributing his expertise to ensure compliance with company policies within the survey department.
Dave began his career at Gale Helms and Associates on May 15, 1984. Approximately six years later, Gale Helms merged with McCarty Engineering, which was later renamed McCarty Associates.
A 1969 graduate of Springfield South High School, Dave is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served from 1971 to 1975. His service included 15 months in Turkey and two years at Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota. In 1985, Dave earned an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting Design Technology: Computer-Assisted Design from Southern State Community College.
Dave currently lives in Hillsboro with his wife, Barbara Sibole.
