Tonya earned an Associate of Applied Business in Accounting and Business Management from Southern State Community College in 1986 and later graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Ashford University in 2013. She joined McCarty Associates in December 2014 on a part-time basis handling payroll and accounts payable, later transitioning into a modified full-time role with expanded accounting and HR responsibilities. Tonya brings a broad background in office management and accounting.
