Tom graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University in 1973 and has been a member of the firm for over five decades. In 2025, he was named Chief Executive Officer, continuing his long-standing leadership and commitment to the firm’s growth and excellence.

A registered Professional Surveyor in the State of Ohio, Tom has complete responsibility for the firm’s surveying department. By providing surveying services in-house, he ensures projects can begin promptly and that accurate, reliable information is obtained from the outset. He also oversees the department’s GPS (Global Positioning System) services, supporting precision and efficiency across all projects.

Tom is an active member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors and a member and past chapter president of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio.
