Mike joined McCarty Associates in 2000 as a Survey Crew Technician and was promoted to Survey Crew Chief in 2007. With prior experience in the automotive industry, he also serves as the firm’s Fleet Manager, ensuring survey crews travel to and from project sites safely and efficiently.
