Matt is a Mechanical Systems Designer and CAD Technician at McCarty Associates with extensive experience in HVAC design and construction coordination. He joined the firm in 2005 after spending six years as a designer with a Cincinnati-based MEP engineering firm. Matt supports multiple departments by designing mechanical systems, assisting with architectural CAD production, and serving as a Construction Specialist on full-service projects.

In addition to his technical roles, Matt manages marketing efforts for the firm, including preparing Requests for Qualifications and capabilities statements. He earned an Associate Degree in Drafting Design Technology from Southern State Community College and is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
