Garrett is a Civil Engineer at McCarty Associates dedicated to serving his local community. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. During college, Garrett completed three internship rotations with the McCarty Associates Surveying Department before gaining additional site and civil design experience with the Mannik & Smith Group, focusing on private commercial development.

Garrett returned to McCarty Associates in 2023 and recieved his Professional Engineering license in 2026. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is working toward obtaining his Professional Surveying license.
