Garrett is a Civil Engineer at McCarty Associates dedicated to serving his local community. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. During college, Garrett completed three internship rotations with the McCarty Associates Surveying Department before gaining additional site and civil design experience with the Mannik & Smith Group, focusing on private commercial development.

Garrett returned to McCarty Associates in 2023 and is a registered Engineer-in-Training in Ohio. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is working toward obtaining both his Professional Engineering and Professional Surveying licenses.
