Doug is a Senior Architect and Managing Member at McCarty Associates with more than 30 years of experience in architectural design, real estate project management, and facilities leadership. He holds degrees in Architectural Technology, Environmental Design, and Architecture from Columbus Technical Institute, Miami University, and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Throughout his career, Doug has worked across healthcare, automotive, commercial, and corporate sectors, including leadership roles with Trammell Crow Company, CB Richard Ellis, and Turner & Townsend at the Nissan/Infiniti North American Headquarters. He joined McCarty Associates in 2019 and became a Managing Member in 2021. Doug is a registered Architect in Ohio and Kentucky and is a member of NCARB and the American Institute of Architects.
