Dallas joined McCarty Associates in 2020 and serves as a Project Manager and Licensed Architect on a wide range of architectural projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati’s renowned DAAP program in 2015, followed by a Master of Architecture from Miami University in 2017.

After completing his graduate studies, Dallas began his career at SHP in downtown Cincinnati, where he spent four years as a Project Designer specializing in K–12 school building projects. His experience there helped shape his strong technical foundation, attention to detail, and collaborative approach to design.

Dallas became a Licensed Architect in 2021 and, in 2024, was named a Managing Member of McCarty Associates. Since joining the firm, he has led the design and development of numerous projects, including The Ivory Grande, Buckeye Family Eye Clinic, McCarty Associates’ office, Pike County Courthouse, Scotty’s 22 Brew, Voltolini’s, and multiple steel building projects. His work reflects a commitment to thoughtful design, functionality, and meeting the unique needs of each client and community.
