Cody is a Managing Member and Professional Engineer at McCarty Associates with extensive experience in highway and site design. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, along with minors in Business and Surveying. Cody began his career with the Ohio Department of Transportation’s District 9 Engineering-in-Training program, gaining experience in highway management, planning, surveying, design, and construction.

Prior to joining McCarty Associates in 2022, Cody spent eight years with Parsons Transportation, where he led the design and management of complex heavy highway projects across multiple states. His expertise includes roadway and site design, 3D modeling, drainage and utility design, maintenance of traffic, and project management. Cody became a Managing Member of McCarty Associates in 2025. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio and Indiana and is a registered Surveyor Intern in Ohio.
