Coalt is a 2020 graduate of Lynchburg-Clay Highschool and began his career with the firm in November of 2022 on a part time basis while attending Southern State Community College for an Associates for Electromechanical Engineering. Coalt initially used his computer aid drafting skills in the firm’s survey department, drafting boundary and topographic survey plats. After a few months he became full-time and he started to work more closely with the firm’s engineering department on engineering design projects. Currently Coalt is a key figure in the engineering department and aids with site layout, utility design, drainage design, erosion control design, and plan production.
