Coalt is a 2020 graduate of Lynchburg-Clay High School and joined McCarty Associates in November 2022 while attending Southern State Community College, where he is pursuing an Associate’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering. He began part-time in the Survey Department, utilizing his CAD skills to draft boundary and topographic survey plats, and soon transitioned to a full-time role. Now a key member of the Engineering Department, Coalt assists with site layout, utility and drainage design, erosion control design, and plan production.
