Born and raised on the east coast of South Florida, Ashley later moved to East Tennessee where she graduated from Powell High School. Shortly after, she relocated to Highland County, Ohio, where she attended Southern State Community College and earned her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Computer Aided Drafting and Design in 2012.

She began her career working briefly in the Highland County Map Office before joining McCarty Associates. With a lifelong passion for architecture, maps, and history, she enjoys the way these fields connect to shape the communities around us. Her role allows her to combine these interests into meaningful work that supports both clients and local development.
